Izzy is in the house!

2020 will be a BIG year for TECH! As we continue to ride the wave of excitement around our new branding, new packaging, we now introduce our new Digital Trainer Izzy!

For over 40 years TECH has trained thousands of repair technicians from all over the world by “Teaching Each Customer How” with our in-person instructor-led tire repair training at TECH’s International Training facility.

During SEMA 2019, TECH unveiled two new online training courses featuring “Izzy” TECH’s new Digital Trainer. Izzy debuted by demonstrating the proper tire repair process for noise reduction and self-sealing tires.

According to Dan Layne, CEO of TECH’s parent company TRC, “We are pleased to have Izzy join our TECH Team. Izzy brings tremendous energy and enthusiasm to our entire training group.”

“I am so excited to join TECH. I love being a part of the world’s leading tire & wheel solutions provider. Understanding how important proper tire repair instruction is, my role is personally gratifying knowing we are really making a difference by protecting the people riding on tires repaired by TECH-trained technicians,” says Izzy.

TECH was undertaking a nationwide search for a person to fill this new role, when they were introduced to Izzy by their video production partner who happens to be Izzy’s father-in-law. When TECH explained what type of person they were looking for, he immediately thought of his new daughter-in-law suggesting she would be a perfect fit. The rest as they say “is history!”
