TECH has been nominated for the 2021 Recircle Awards for the newly-created Best Tire Repair category. That makes TECH Americas division the third TRC company to be nominated for this years’ awards. Earlier in January, TECH Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) was nominated in the Best Retreading Equipment and Accessors Supplier, and Salvadori Recycling was nominated in the Best Tire Recycling Industry Supplier category.
The Recircle awards are a new global event designed to recognize the contributions of companies and individuals within the tire manufacturing, retreading and recycling industries for their products and services which drive their respective industries and the global Circular Economy.
This newly added category is a great reminder the role tire repair plays in the circular economy of tires. TECH repairs have helped keep millions of tires in service, prolonging their lifespan and keeping them out of landfills. In every industry from passenger vehicles to commercial trucks, agriculture, OTR and more – if it has tires, chances are a TECH Tire Repair has been used to fix it.
