TECH, the global tire and wheel authority, has opened its Bangkok, Thailand Center of Excellence to further expand its footprint. The customer service team, product warehouse, and state-of-the-art training center are located in a free trade zone to provide speedy customer service while minimizing customer tariffs. Products span the breadth of customer needs, whether passenger car, OTR, retread, or motorbike tires. And of course, a complete line of wheel service products beyond tire repairs, such as valves, tools, wheel weights and TPMS are all available.

“Today’s Thailand grand opening takes me back to 1995 when we broke ground in Songjiang, China. This was a great move for our customers and we have built a world-class team. The business continues to grow, and our new Thailand site is a logical extension of our Asian headquarters in China,” said Dan Layne, CEO and Chairman of TRC, TECH’s parent company.

“TECH has tight relationships with customers, and we are pleased to deepen our relationships by being in closer proximity for both service and training. Our Thai team has ramped up quickly, as we have already expanded our coverage cross Southeast Asia,” said Pairote Suttiprapa, General Manager, Southeast Asia.

Customers across Southeast Asia are also enthusiastic about TECH’s investment. “Faster service, questions answered by local people, and simpler ordering.  It’s a win-win-win,” said Pravuth Chancharoen, CEO of P.C. Products International.
