Distributor Post On-Boarding – Training & Support

Once you have successfully completed your TECH on-boarding, TECH developed training and support will continue. Resources available to you include:

  • Dedicated Territory Managers to assist you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Your Territory Manager will be in constant contact with you providing information on promotions, new products, upcoming training and more.
  • Dedicated Training Department that offers many classes in our state of the art training facilities in Johnstown, Ohio
  • Professional Customer Service department to take you calls and provide support for order placement throughout the day.

During this two day Distributor Expo event, distributors have the opportunity to talk directly to our vendors, ask questions and gain valuable product knowledge, and acquire selling skills for specific products. It also allows Distributors time to connect with each other and share techniques which work in different areas of the country and world.
