Here at TECH, we are always looking for talented customer centric people to help better serve our customers and provide the superior level of service TECH is known for. Recently we brought on board two people who have specific expertise and experience that will help TECH provide a great customer experience.

Harold Cardona has joined Team TECH as our new Inside Sales Manager for Latin American and Jeff Martin has joined as our Distribution Center Manager for North America.

Harold Cardona: Inside Sales Account Manager for Latin America

The newest member of the TECH family, Harold joined TECH after working as a call center manager dealing with specialized legal and financial support to their clients.

Born in Colombia, South America, Harold brings his fluency in Spanish to help build and develop our relationships with our Latin American distributors and customers.

“We are able to provide attention to our distributors and customers in their native tongue.” Harold adds, “We are embracing a new way to service our customers. I’m excited about raising the level of service we provide through a continuous improvement approach. I am confident as a Team some great things in our Latin America markets will be achieved.”

Outside the office you can catch Harold working on his ’72 Monte Carlo or spending time with his wife and three daughters.

“I’ve immersed myself in TECH by engaging as many distributors and clients as possible, so they know TECH is committed to their success and satisfaction.”

Jeff Martin: Distribution Center Manager for North America

Jeff Martin joins TECH as our Distribution Center Manager for North America. Jeff most recently worked as a distribution manager for Under Armour in Nashville, Tennessee. At Under Amour, Jeff oversaw maintenance management, inventory control, and quality assurance of the massive 1.2 million square foot facility. According to Jeff, “I heard very good things about TECH and its employees. Joining a team with a large amount of employee longevity and 80 years of company growth is a great career opportunity. This also gave me the chance to get back to my central Ohio roots.”

Jeff is leveraging his vast experience working for a multi-billion-dollar global corporation to elevate TECH’s supply chain as to enhance TECH’s overall customer’s experience.

“Currently, we are focusing on process improvement, increasing shipping accuracy, and inventory consolidation.” Jeff adds, “We will build uniformity and sustainability through all processes and workflows.”

From outside the warehouse, Jeff brings his experiences as an avid traveler who has visited 17 countries and as a United States Air Force Veteran to the TECH Team.
